Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. However, we do allow refunds or partial refunds. If the product has arrived damaged, the partial refund is the amount paid, not including shipping, minus production costs.
For example, if you paid $50 for your order, and shipping was $10, and the cost to produce the item was $20, you will receive a $20 refund, because the costs still need to be covered.
(Shipping: $10, Production costs: $20, Shipping and Production combined: $30. $50 minus $30 equals $20).
All damaged items must be reported upon delivery of the product, within 48 hours of receiving your item. All reports of damaged items must include photos of the damaged item in natural sunlight showing the damage clearly, as well as the order information for the product.
We do not accept reports or any other form of contact through the PayPal messaging center. We only receive communication through our email listed on our contact page. To find our contact page, visit the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the homepage of our website.
In the event that you have placed an order for a product that cannot be shipped to your destination due to certain laws/bans, etc., you will receive a full refund with a notice attached about the circumstance.
Order cancellations, cancellation requests, or changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or we will be unable to reimburse you.
